技术简介
耐火浇注料是指由耐火集料、高铝水泥、硫铝水泥和外加剂组成的混合料，加水调和成可用浇注法施工的泥料。C900和D1601是专门用于耐火浇注料的化学分散剂，这种产品的特点是新拌浇注料流动性稳定、和易性好、强度增长快、高温烧结收缩裂纹少、含气量小等。可对标国际同类FS系列产品。
Scope
Refractory castables refers to those mud composed of refractory aggregate, high alumina cement （HAC）, sulphate aluminium cement (SAC), admixtures and water. C900 and D1601 are chemical dispersants specially designed for refractory castables. By dosing C900 and D1601 or their mixture, properties of the fresh refractory castable are improved greatly , in terms of flowability, workability and working time and thus it is expected to have better strength development, less cracks due to high temperature exposure and lower air entrainment.

C900聚羧酸减水剂的应用
C900在耐火浇注料中的性能要明显优于普通硅酸盐水泥用的聚羧酸减水剂，特别表现在新拌特种砂浆的稳定性更佳，强度更高，大大降低料高温收缩裂纹。
在耐火浇注料中的推荐掺量：0.15～0.25 %
D1601稳态剂的应用
D1601是一种保持耐火浇注料流动状态的外加剂，可以延长和保持耐火浇注料体系的和易性，使其在较长的时间内保持良好工作状态。
在耐火浇注料中的推荐掺量：0.1-0.6%
包装与贮存
1. 包装：25kg复合塑料袋或纸板桶包装，内加塑料袋防潮。
2. 贮存：本产品避免阳光直射和雨淋，在阴凉干燥通风处保存。
3. 储存稳定性可保持12个月。
当开封后，产品应及时使用，用不完的要及时密封，防止产品吸湿结块。
注意事项
1.本产品无毒，但不可食用。
2.使用时对环境未发现有污染，但丢弃或排放时应符合当地环保条例的要求。
3.当接触到人的身体和眼睛时，应尽快用清水冲洗，对部分人体造成过敏现象时应及时就医治疗 。
4.本产品的包装物不可随便丢弃，应符合当地环保条例的要求。
